Group Training Sessions
Explains What Happens in These Types of Training

These sessions hold around 3-10 players. These groups will all be around the same age group, unless a player is more advanced than the age group then they will be moved up to an older group
Each group session, I will decide what we work on as a group. We will start every session with ball handling, and if we’re working on a specific move, we’ll end ball handling with that move. Then we will continue on with drills and different variations of what we’re working on
During these sessions, there will be a lot of competition within the group that’s working out. We will do drills and compete while doing them. These sessions are fun and intense and if we have time, we’ll end the session with 1v1’s
