My Biography

Get to Know Me & My Journey!

My name is Cole Kadoguchi. I am the creator of CK Basketball Training. I am a former collegiate athlete, and I was blessed to play in one of the best D2 conferences in the country. I started training because I was fortunate enough to have a trainer growing up. The impact that he left on my life and many others is what I want to give back to the younger generation. I am committed to helping my players reach their goals and be that mentor that not a lot of athletes have being on this journey of basketball.

High School/Collegiate Career

Went to ‘Iolani school back home in Hawaii. I played top schools and players in the country such as Andrew Nembhard, RJ Barrett, Kevin Porter jr., and more. Wasn’t getting any exposure since I was on an island, so I felt there needed to be change

I moved to Bradenton, Florida and attended IMG Academy my junior and senior year of high school. I was able to play against high level and some future NBA guys on a daily basis. I’ve played with a lot of D1 and pro players such as Zach Edey (Memphis Grizzlies) and I really got to take my skill to a whole new level. I started to gain a lot more traction and schools finally started contacting me

In 2021 I committed to Westminster University. It was always a dream of mine to play college basketball and I’m proud to say I’ve fulfilled that dream, and at a high level at that. Very grateful for everything, good and bad, leading up to this!
