In these group sessions we will have around 5-10 athletes. As for drill sakes, we will always do ball handling and some type of skill work.
Drills will be created from something I’ve seen done that I feel is very useful. Or maybe there will be a common thing I see that is wrong with my athletes and we will work on that for the session.
With group sessions, we are allowed to do a lot more interactive drills that emulate game situations because there are more players
These sessions create a great family environment because you got the athletes getting to know each other and competing against each other. These sessions are super fun but still tough and will make you give everything you got!
