These personal trainings are specifically tailored to the players skillset. Nobody will have the same training layout because everybody’s strength and weaknesses are different.

Younger, less developed players will spend a lot of time mastering the fundamentals of the game. This can be boring, but it is necessary in becoming a good basketball player and builds mental strength in doing the little things in order to move on the more advanced work.

Advanced players will get high level, intense drills that help build skillset and mimic game-like situations. This will help players stay composed during games because it’s everything they worked on in their solo trainings.
