What Goes on in Solo Sessions?


Solo sessions are personalized for the player I am working with. I will assess the players skill level and create a plan for each session according to my assessment. Everything I do will be helping the player work on weaknesses, to turn them into strengths.

Examples of this would be, if my player struggles with ball handling, a good chunk of our sessions in the beginning will be focused on dribbling and then we progress from there

These sessions allow me to build a real personal relationship with the athlete. Once we start, I am now a part of your basketball journey and am heavily invested in helping them succeed. There will be days that are rough, but we must press on to be the best player possible!
