What do these Personal trainings entail?

My training is all tailored towards the player and their skillset. Whatever skill level the player is at, I will create workout plans accordingly. We will work our way up from there to continuously get better and to reach their goals!

Each player will go through the same assessment on our first session so I can know where the player stands skill-wise.

An example would be for kids that don’t have much experience, the layout of their workouts will be tailored towards fundamentals and slowly building that IQ of the game. Having a strong fundamental base before moving onto advanced skill work is vital for my training.

For more advanced players, trainings will include a lot of game-like situational drills to help players gain comfortability for when game time comes. Having worked on a bunch of game-like drills, the confidence in the preparation will make the player poise in those game situations.

All trainings will be held in the Westminster University Gym
